Seems to work fine - I like that it will do 16 batteries at once, BUT AAA battery will not engage in slot #9. Also batteries seem to get warm in the charger, not sure if that's normal or not. Will be forced to return it, which is a big inconvenience and reason for low rating. Update: before I had time to do anything, this seller contacted me directly. I was travelling and didn't respond right away, so they chased me again with another message seeking to resolve the problem. They've offered to send a replacement unit to me which is generous and fine with me. I still hold one star back until I see that the replacement works properly, but I have to say that with customer service like that, how can you go wrong. If the replacement does not work correctly, I will edit this review again and drop the stars based on poor quality, but as of now, I expect everything to be perfect.
