Good old duracellGreatBatteries cost millions and never last a week, what is up with these the last 5 years. No matter if you buy higher cost ones or dollar store. I sure am not buying anything but dollar store if the 20.00 more package last same amount of time in a device. These batteries arrived encased not in the classic Duracell package, but in a plain clear plastic case w/o Duracell insert. They are not knock offs, to my eye. I held one side by side with a Duracell I had at home, and they look genuine. I prompty inserted a pair into a set of wireless headphones, which I wear when working in my garden. These things suck up batteries like nobody's business, and they are still going strong. Definitely would recommend. UPDATE! Upon closer inspection I've noticed that these are expired batteries! I'm still using them, they most likely are fine. The expiration date, to my understanding, isn't a safety issue. It means they may not work as long, but they seem to be working fine for me. I did have 1 pair that I thought wore out a bit fast, but really a good purchase despite being past their expiration date. I won't buy them again, but I don't really know why not. Had they advertised them as expired I would have felt better about it, though I really have no complaints. I just like to be informed before purchase.REAL Duracell batteries are made in the USA, but these are made in CHINA! These batteries came shipped LOOSE in the shipping box without even a bag to keep them together! I have my doubts that these are even real Duracell batteries. These may be re-branded, cheap knock-offs! Unlike other reviewers, my batteries say they expire in 2019. Upon closer inspection there is a dot matrix date stamped on them at a 90 degree angle to the rest of the printed words at the positive end of the battery in the copper colored area which on my batteries says 2013/05 and I purchased them in September. Maybe that dot matrix date is the date of manufacturing. The batteries themselves seem to be okay, but do NOT last as long as the REAL Duracell batteries purchased in a brick and mortar store where you know what you are getting. The thing I'm upset about the most is being fooled into believing I was getting the real deal! I give these two stars because they do work, but I would not buy them ever again because they aren't real! If I could do it again, I would spend the extra money and make absolutely sure I was getting real, made in USA Duracell batteries. I hope these don't blow up in my devices and kid's toys!! Just for that reason alone I am considering recycling them all and buying the REAL batteries from a brick and mortar store. The saying is true! You pay for what you get! Please BEWARE!!!Cheapest I found duracell aaa batteries. Mine came in a package the same as the image listed on the item. It is clearly labeled that it will expire in 2019 which means these batteries have probably been sitting on a shelf somewhere since 2009 since they are clearly marked with a 10 year warranty. I go through batteries fast enough that it won't be an issue for me, but if you want these to last 10 years then look elsewhere. You may have to pay a little more for that convenience though.I bought these on the 19th and recieved them on the 21st (prime is really nice)... i'm a hardcore gamer and i use a pair of Turtle Beach X31s which eat batteries up... i play for 10+ hours a day... each set of 2 batteries last me 2- 2 1/2 days which = 20-35 hours of playing time before these batteries died. todays the 7th and i just put in my last set of batteries... pretty damn good if you ask me, had bought some rayovacs and some other brand but those batteries died after 10 hours max... really recommend these for wireless products you're always gunna be using.I have so much trouble finding Batteries That LAST! Most Of The Time I will get them out of the Package & They Just DO NOT HOLD UP! I bought these first off Because This was The Most I could Find! I Knew Amazon Will stand Behind This Product!Plus I was Surprised They NEBER WENT DEAD ON ME AS THEY WERE Sitting on the Shelf! I Really Did Get A Chance To Use The Whole Container ! I Am So Happy I Am Not Running OUT! I ONLY BUY THESE BUT I Only BUT THESE FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS!
