Although my 5 yr old granddaughter had picked this out in the store...she was a little grossed out when she realized it poops. She said she wouldn't have picked it out if she had realized that and we all had a good laugh over the opening of this gift. My little one was also freaked out when she saw the mouth chewing. I am not sure if she will warm up to her or not. She did like that the doll talked and that there was a Spanish option as well. The food is essentially just play do. So a good tip for parents know if you run out of food. The kids at the party had a great time playing with the doll and figuring it out. But I did not read directions first and let them have the sippy cup from the other Baby Alive that drinks and wets. They gave it just a little liquid and it started running out the dolls nose. I grabbed it up and put it away then. Hopefully I didn't cause too much damage to the doll. But do not give the snackin dolls liquids.Overall a really good and fun addition to the baby alive collection. My daughter loves the whole process of making the food and then getting to feed her, she even gets to change her diaper after snackin Sara gets done eating.Now here's my only gripe with this product. When you feed the baby, the food doesn't always get sucked in the rest of the way like intended. Witch of corse makes your child want to stick they're finger in there to get her to eat it. Theres wheels with teeth on them that grab and move the food, look like they could really mess up a small finger. Therefore this makes me really nervous when she uses it and pretty much makes me supervise the whole feeding process. I mean like I said overall she loves this toy and it makes her really happy. I just wish it worked a little better in this regard.One last little thing is I wish the playdough was gluten free. I know this doesn't effect everyone, but my youngest daughter and I both have celiac disease and gluten-free playdough would of been really cool. :)I got the Baby Alive doll today. The package arrived on time, no delays whatsoever. Everything was sealed and in good condition. It comes with everything in the description, (though i purchased extra diapers because i know my little one will run through them). Only problem I'm having (which is why the 4 stars and not 5) is that she sorta sticks when she speak? Example, she'll say she's hungry, then when my daughter tries to feed her, she doesn't want any, or she'll say she need to be cleaned, and when my little one is finished cleaning her, she still says she needs to be cleaned, even though we checked to make sure nothing got stuck on the inside. Maybe that's just how it works. Anyway, my husband says he'll try to reset the doll tomorrow and see if that helps. Other than that, everything, delivery, packaging, was perfect. Not disappointed in this purchase at all. My daughter loves it, she's already having loads of fun and i can see that I'll have to purchase more diapers soon.This is a pretty cute Doll. I can't help but giggle when my little ones eyes light up with excitement when it eats food and the food travels to her diaper. I have seen previous type dolls but I was pleasantly surprised by the non disgusting mess of her actually pooping. She speaks several phrases in English and Spanish and her mouth moves when she's eating and it looks very realistic. Such a cute doll! It's always a hit with her friends who are between the ages of 3-7. Boys also like this doll and get a kick out of it pooping.My five year old daughter loves this doll. Lips move when chewing and when the doll is speaking. I like how it teaches your child to listen to the cues from baby to see what she needs it doesn't need. The playdoh like food is perfect for parents who don't want a goopy less from fake baby food. No real big complaints other than I wish it had Velcro tabs on the diapers rather than sticky tabs. You can only re use them so many times until they don't stick anymore ... But we all know that's how they get their money .My granddaughter Loves her new baby alive. At first she was afraid to change the diapers, now she is an expert. Only problem she had with the doll is if she isn't positioned just right the doll thinks she is laying down, so she won't eat, but she is learning how to set her just right.She even feeds her on the little potty so she doesn't have to change the diaper.She loves she calls her ''mommy" It was a great choice in dolls. I will for sure get her others.Of all the Super Snacks Snackin’ Sara dolls my daughter chose this one and I bought it for her for Christmas. I waited a little while to see if it's working fine and I must say she is enjoying her doll. It's cute, big enough for her and it functions well. No problem thus far.Our little girl is into the baby alive dolls. This by far is her favorite.Great product. Arrived on timeMy 5 year old niece loves it. And if she loves it then I do too
