I ordered two, in which one of them worked great, but the second one doesn't work at all. When you press the button it should come right on but nothing happens. After pressing it about 5 or 6 times in a row it sometimes comes in but the power light is only partially lit - then won't stay on if you move the device even slightly.The same thing happened when plugging it in without batteries and then using new batteries without being plugged in.Unfortunately, I didn't bother opening the second one (that I found out doesn't work) until I needed it to help relieve my child's cold symptoms at night later on, so I imagine it's probably too late to have them replace it because of the time frame and all.Other than receiving a broken one, I like the one that works just fine. I put in a few drops of both eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils and you can smell it nicely within the bedroom.We live in a single wide mobile home so the bedrooms aren't large, they are about smallish to standard size. My bedroom is probably considered standard to slightly larger than standard- I smell it easily within the room even when it's in the far corner.Regarding the one that worked, the only thing that kind of annoyed me about the product's design is how the power light is so bright. I looks to be an LED light possibley, which is really bright if you happen to keep it on the night stand next to you. To solve that problem I just draped something small (about the size of a toddler sock*) over the little light - there's a place below the light where it looks like air comes out from the mini fan inside, so I'm careful not to block that.The power light doesn't seem to bother my children, however.
