Great to use during the day while workingMy husband is so hard to buy for, as most are. He isn't much into technology so didn't want Bluetooth earbuds. He said these are the bomb! Noise-canceling is awesome. Couldn't even hear his chain saw! He loves them!!!!I use these while mowing. I am hard of hearing and I could hear the music loud and clear. I could hardly hear the lawn mower. I love these things! Wish I would of got them sooner. Made the time fly by.I have been using this farming with an open cab tractor, and it has worked great. Plenty of volume for me. I have used it about 50 hours on the same set of batteries, so not being rechargeable is not an issue for me. Good sound suppression. I have not gotten around to trying it with an MP3 player, but the reception is good in FM. No complaints here.Comfort, sound quality, protection and easy operations.I have been using 3M/Peltor headphones for many years. I ordered this one thinking is was actually MP3, not just MP3 using a cord. But after it arrived, I really like this new version of the headphone. The older versions you had to sometimes take the headphone off when changing channels so you could see the display. This one actually tell you verbally what the freq is when you hunt around for something different to listen to. Plus, it quickly auto searches for avail stations if you want to go that route. Maybe not perfect, but I think I will really like this setup. Better than listening to a neighbors dogs all day, too....!!!!!!
