This is the 2nd TruGel battery I have purchased, the 1st having lasted over 4 years in my 2006 BMW K1200R. Although I read several negative reviews on this brand of battery, I can only share that my personal experience has been quite positive. I had initially replaced my factory battery after 3 years of service with a Yuasa wet sealed unit that, again, lasted 3 years. When my dealership recommended the BikeMaster TruGel brand in 2011, I bit and was very pleased with a subsequent 4 year service life. I diligently keep all of my lawn & garden machines and motorcycles wired to Battery Tenders, either Plus or Junior, and have exceptional battery life with each. I use the Battery Tender Plus on my BMW and anticipate another 4+ years of life from this new TruGel battery.
