My old OEM control board was acting flaky, causing oscillations when starting/stopping the heater blower. This modern form/fit/function replacement fixed it right up! Fit right into the same mount and took only minutes to replace. All the wiring tabs have the exact same lettering. I moved one wire at a time in order to insure each wire went to the correct spot. Buttoned everything back up, plugged in the furnace, set the thermostat and it worked on the first try!
