Genuine OEM Subaru Oil Pressure Switch Assembly 25240AA060 - Reliable Engine Performance for Subaru Vehicles

OEM part, works fine. Just be careful putting it in, I decided to DIY this myself when I found an oil leak from my old sensor. Easy fix, right... Despite my OCD I cross threaded mine and ruined the first threads in the block hole. Panic and anger are light words for how I felt. I had to order a 1/8 bsp - 28 tap (here in Amazon) to clean up the hole, wrapped the threads with some Teflon tape, and got it installed 2 days later. Also be aware, it’s not your normal set of threads, don’t try running it in all the way, unless you want to crack the hole and head. About 10 foot pounds torque is all you need and it’s going to sit out a little, that’s normal. Despite my experience, I am pleased with the part.
