PrinterThis toner works very well, but does not fit as snuggly as the OEM. Because of that, it gives an error code that the toner is empty. I can live with that, as the OEM toner is so much more expensive. To my eye, print and copy quality is identical to that of the OEM toner cartridge. When print quality starts to decline, I then replace the toner. I can't rely on the printer to tell me when the toner is low. That's an acceptable trade-off for me.If a Zero could be given for this product, that would be the appropriate rating of it's quality. We ordered and received 5 of these cartridges together, trying to save money on printing costs. The first one inserted into the printer was very unsatisfactory- the printouts were so light that most of the page in each case was unreadable. We used it for a while, but nothing improved. We thought maybe it was a dud, and tried a second, and a third, with the same very poor result. Yes, we tried gently to redistribute the ink back and forth in the second and third cartridges, as that has worked in the past with cartridges low in ink/powder. No result. Trying to save money we actually ended up losing money, and now, because of our patience in giving the cartridges a chance, we passed the date they allow for return- an expiration date we were not told about in the beginning. Would not do business with this company under any circumstances again.I get constant reminders from my printer that this is not an authentic canon cartridge. Mildly annoying. Print is not as dark as it could be, even after shaking the cartridge. It works well, but I'm confused because printer shows massage that 'toner is nearly out'Is it ok? or should I return this?I have purchased a number of compatible toner cartridges for my laser printer, but have often been dissappointed in the quality of these products. However this one impressed me from the moment I broke open the package. It was not only a very good price but professionally prepared and packaged. All the correct safety tapes were in place and it worked like a dream! I will most definitely be using this product in future - hard to beat!
