Ummh, it's a flashlight. It works fine. Actually, that's about all there is to say about it. Except, of course, that it is too expensive, like all similar products these days. The industry seems to have leveraged the general trend toward extremes in everything to produce flashlights for the average home or outdoor user that sell for $50 and above. Good for margins, I guess. As to why folks by them, must be something about my flashlight being "badder" than your flashlight. (OK, I'm sure some people have a legitimate need.)When I need another flashlight I'll shop for a good, sturdy $7 or so flashlight that operates with a push on and off switch. If I can't find one, I may well buy one of these again.CheersExactly as advertised, great for throwing in daily backpack. Push button rear switch doesn’t come on like side operated models.Super tough , I’ve bounced mine off the concrete numerous times ....hardly a scratch !This ia a great little light for the ladies to keep around the house or in the car as well as by the bed. It is not a super bright LED but gets the job. I have seen these sell for three times as mu h as I paid here. Such a great deal that I git 3 and passed on info to my friends. To make it even better part of the proceeds go to fight breast cancer. I have many streamlights and they have all performed as expected for years. I have no doubt that these will perform as well.SOur little boy loves playing with my metal flashlight but then he started throwing it around so it was too risky. Instead I bought this for him. This is a great toddler flashlight because it can withstand drops and the fluorescent yellow color makes it easy to find wherever he hides it. Also, xenon is better for toddlers because LED is so bright it might turn their eyes into raisins if they look directly into LED.Everything about this flashlight is good.I love this pink flashlight so much that this is my second purchase after the batteries leaked in my first one! I keep searching for the "perfect" flashlight with enough brightness and ease of use (no special batteries for me). This is not as bright as a tactical type flashlight, but it serves my needs when I am leaving work late, when I am on vacation, etc. This is a tough light. I bought one for my 4 year old daughter. The battery/bulb compartment does unscrew but she cannot open it due to the internal water resistance gasket makes hard to turn. It is easy for an adult to open. I like it because I know it will not break like the cheap lights that they sell for kids. I like the temporary on function, it will help conserve battery life.Great flashlight, perfect size with a powerful beam, use on the boat, haven't tested water resistance yet, but seems well sealed.Good light source :)
