My adapter was received in two days and was in excellent condition. I am so glad I don't have to use my netbook any longer unless I want to since I now have my adapter. I'm very glad that I searched on-line prior to going to Best Buy to buy my adapter. I saved a lot of money and I am very happy with the service received.AC inverter was good but AC cord frayed after two uses. I had a spare so this was no problem for me. Others might not be as lucky.
