They did exactly as I expected.I have used this supplier before and have always received excellent service the battery arrived next day, I fitted it to the watch and it is working perfectly. Apparently fitting the battery yourself invalidates your guarantee. Another con by the manufacturers to part us from our money. I have always fitted batteries to my watches and I have never had a problem.Excellent purchase. Knew that I might struggle to get a watch battery this small without going to a specialist watch repairer, so was pleased to find this one.
