These are training shorts and not your typical 3XL size. They are much leaner. Other Adidas training shorts that are 3XL seem to be larger. Just not this one for some reason.Got the white ones and they were a good fit for 5'9/5'10 at 170lbs, but then i got the blue ones and the leg openings are way too big. It’s almost guaranteed that someone will get stuck in there while rolling. I doubt you can compete in thatThis shorts have no stretch at all and there is no way to tighten the waist. If you have any bit of curve on your butt you thighs this shorts are not going to fit well.Size was way off. If you wear Xl you'd better order xxxl. Plus it was a 3x week delivery time. Find another option.Somewhat on the small side but they get the job done.
