This commemorative sobriety medallion has a beautiful glossy finish, entirely hand-painted, blue on the front, and blue on the back, with the circle and triangle AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) symbol on both sides in embossed 14k gold-plated brass. It features a handcrafted (see below) blue genuine crystal cirlce on the front, inside the AA symbol triangle, and a single blue genuine crystal on the back at the center of the chip. Unity is the legacy that binds us. This is a WE program. Tradition one “Our common welfare should come first; personal recovery depends on AA unity.” Furthermore, Bill states, “the unity of Alcoholics Anonymous is the most cherished quality our society has.” This medallion offers the affirmation that I’m a part of something. The ten genuine crystals represent and remind us of that unity. The crystals match the chip color for more confirmation.
