I had been striking out buying batteries. $13-$15 for 6-8 batteries! Get home and they only work 8 hrs if that. Or right out of the box dead. It’s bad enough I can’t hear. I don’t want to go broke buying worthless batteries from the store. I am so glad I found these battery’s on Amazon. This is the third brand of 312 batteries I've used in my hearing aids, as I search for the best battery life and value. Initially, I used the Costco store brand batteries; and they supported a relatively consistent 4 days of battery life per set. After comparing some of the online ratings, I then switched to Duracell Activair batteries for a few months. I was disappointed to get only 3 days and 12 hours, on average, with greater variation between sets (I.e., some went for almost 4 days and some barely made 3). To date, all 7 sets of the Rayovac batteries that I've installed have exceeded 5 days, currently averaging 5 days and 8 hours per set. My usage profile has been consistent throughout, so I'm convinced that they significantly outperform the other brands I've tried.Frequent changes of batteries required.I've tried other manufacturers batteries with mixed results. The Rayovac batteries last the longest (up to 7 days), and are the only batteries that I use in my hearing aids that perform consistently. They are the best batteries for the money.I have been using hearing aids for 4 months now. These batteries were the ones I ordered after the free Energizer batteries ran out. I get 5 to 7 days depending on how many hours a day I wear the hearing aids which run from 6 to 10 hours a day. I cannot tell very well when to change them though, usually after I say "Huh" to 3 people in a row which is probably too long. The effectiveness does not drop off quickly but very gradually. I wish it was easier to tell when they weren't working. When I was not wearing the hearing aids I would open the battery holder so the batteries no longer were in contact to extend their use.Things I liked:- The packaging is very nice. I remove the plastic dispenser wheel from the cardboard backing and it fits nicely in the hearing aids case. I always have up to 8 extra batteries when needed. I put the used batteries back in the dispenser when expired. It is easy to tell the difference between used and new. I will be looking for a place to recycle them when I get the next package.- Batteries seem consistent in how long they last, they also appear quality made.- Great price and free shipping, but that is Amazon not the batteries.Things I disliked:- They don't taste very good. Oh wait that is for a different review! Yeah I am getting older.Nothing I dislike so call it a definite recommendation from me.Edit: now 3 months later.During a visit to my audiologist I was informed that my Hearing Aid will beep when it is time for a battery change. So I let it run to that point and in fact when it did beep I thought it was someone else's cell phone. I have since found that using this method these batteries last between 10 and 14 days for me. I was fairly shocked how much longer they did last compared to my preconceived notion as to how often to replace them. I have not noticed any degradation to any functions to the hearing aids at all over that period of time. Now I am wondering if anyone knows where these can be sent to be recycled? It seems a shame to throw out something that appears that it can be so easily reused.Exceeded expectations. Batteries last a long time. The batteries are are fine, but they do not last any longer than the Duracells I often get. They are not worse though, and are about the same price per battery. My biggest gripe with these is the packaging. The batteries come in round hard plastic containers that you break off along perferations on a rectangular-shaped card. The resulting edges of the round battery case are very rough, almost sharp, and it's really annoying. But maybe it's just me.Love that I can have my hearing aid batteries sent to me and not have to search for them.Advice is to open one when your hearing aid first beeps. If I let it "air" up for at least 20 min, I seem to get another whole day. (I wear them 18+ hrs a day.) I change batteries every 4-5 days.Duree plus longues que d'autres produits
