These rechargeable batteries are an excellent choice for electronics that need 1.5V and don't like the lower voltage of 1.2 in regular rechargeable batteries. I have a brother label printer that these work excellent in when regular rechargeable batteries would die almost instantly. The only drawback to these batteries is the battery meter on your electronics will not work. But that is just do to the technology of these batteries. There are several reviews complaining about this but that is something you give up so you can have a battery that puts out a constant 1.5V. We had one battery arrive dead but the seller made it right immediately. I gave it 4 stars but it should be more like 4.5 because of the dead battery.... so far so good. Already charged the two I bought 5 times each, so already got my money's worth versus buying and throwing away 10 good alkalines. Actually, paid off after 4 charges.CONS- The charging light on one does not change from red to green after charging, but if I unplug it and plug it back into the SUPER convenient supplied cable, it turns from red to green in a minute or so. Charged but needs a little help. I use them in musical gear and have noticed they last about 6 hours vs the 4 hours I was getting from the expensive silver and black and copper top batteries.The charger is great, very easy to use, the batteries last approx. 6 wks before a charge in our daily remote control. I would recommend this to my friends so they can stop buying costly alkalines !Ths charger works only with the batterys that come with it. I will not charge anotherbrand.I was getting tired of purchasing 9-volt batteries as they are quite expensive these days. This is just the ticket. I can use it in my devices and when run down I can recharge it for future use. I collect vintage transistor radios, and this will be used to power many of them when I want to use one. Best of all is they will not leak and destroy my collectable radios.It comes with the battery sealed in separate plastic case. Included is a power cord for recharging. It does not include the wall plug so I just plug it into the computer USB port or one of the many wall chargers that we have around the house. The cable's input end is not the modern USB-C type. It is the older mini-USB. But it works well. Upon arrival the battery was completely dead. Charge time was about 3.5 hours. While charging it has a bright red glow from within and once full that red turns to green.Only works well with there brand of batteries, other wise always says ERROR.The biggest waste of money is on AA/AAA batteries! Even NiMH are a waste of money. They produce less power and don't contain as much energy as alkaline. Then comes lithium rechargable batteries and "BAM!". More power, consistent 1.5V, fast charging, and more cycles than any other type of rechargeable battery!I bought these because I absolutely love the idea of USB-rechargeable batteries. However, I have noticed that these will not charge up past 8.4 volts at the maximum. The power runs down much more quickly than a regular alkaline battery, too. I'm sure they're just fine for things like remote control, or another low drain device. I use them in guitar pedals. You can get some pretty fun results with fuzz pedals, but they would drain too quickly for any other type of effect.
