I do lots of things outdoors, at night. Hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, farming, etc. I own several other Stremlights, the Black Diamond ReVolt, and several cheaper lights. This light beats them all in brightnes, durability, and how far the beam reaches. The head straps are quite good, and seem to wear well. The light beam itself is more focused, with a very clear, defined edge. The batteries last a long time. The one drawback is the weight, but I solved this by using Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries... I get a better operating environment temperature range, longer stored life, more comfort, and better run time... albeit at a higher price. Very highly recommended.
